Stock List Change
Due to many inquiries to the New in Stock and Out of Stock list being very large and difficult to view items in specific categories, we have added two new fields, "storename" and "department". This should help you sort through and find the items that your interested in. these will show data as of our update that is currently processed.

Merchant Account Change
We have recently had to end our relationship with Cardservices International. We have set up our payment services with
Google Checkout which is similar to Paypal. The best news now is that we can now accept credit cards that we could not before. Please contact us if you have any issues
with payment. We are also going to have to work on the Tracking System so please be patient while we work this bug out.

Due to the problems with scammers and spammers, BC Dropship will scrutinize any request and/or orders that are received

Tracking System Issue
Since moving to our new location we have had some issues with our tracking system working properly.
We are working on the situation and will get it back up as soon as possible. Be assured though, that we are getting orders into processing
within 24 hours and we will notify you via email when items ship. Please do not rely on the online tracking system until further notice.

Supplier Re-negotiation
It is that time of the year again for us to re-negotiate with our suppliers for the items
you see on the website. We are hoping to also re-negotiate pricing on a lot of items to be able to give better and more competative
pricing. Over the next few weeks you may see a decline in some of the stock from these suppliers. The negotiations that are going on
are from the categories that sells the least. We expect this to be completed by the first week of October.

Fraudulent Credit Cards
We have had an issue with an undesirable customer(s) trying to pass bad or stolen credit cards thru our website.
We want to apologize for the inconvienance of having to bring the website down and re-locating it. Even after reporting the misuse to the credit
card companies it still did not deter them. We have put measures in place to try and prevent this in the future including this new location. Thank
you for your patience.

Supplier Removal
We will discontinue listing items from one of our major suppliers effective May 31, 2006.
We have found another supplier that carries a large portion of the same items. This is due to a long running shipping issue
that we can not resolve. This will have no effect on orders all ready placed. We ask that you be patient with us and feel
free to contact us with any questions.

Supplier Update
We have temporarily had to suspend displaying items from one of our major suppliers because of an issue
with the item photos. We are working to get this problem solved and will get them back online soon.

New Page Added
We have added a new feature to the Home Page. On the top menu there is a new choice
for Stock List. This page will give you list of the new items in stock and the items that have gone out of stock during the week
running from Sunday to Sunday. These pages will display in Excel format.

Due to end-of-the-year inventories in several of the warehouse, stock levels have not been

To increase productivity and customer service, BCDropship
has partnered with BlueHill Dropship. No major changes will be coming in the near future
except credit card processing. As stated in the previous Update statement, all credit card
processing will now be handled by BlueHill Dropship. Email receipts and Credit Card statements
will reflect this change. Please email us if you have any questions.

BCDropship.com has changed credit card service to CardService
International.
Due to extensive problems with credit card
fraud, BCDropship has changed it's credit card processing to CardService International. We
will no longer accept payment via a Paypal transaction but we will accept Paypal Credit Cards and Paypal
Debit Cards along with Visa and Mastercard. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions.

major system upgrade which we expect to complete in the next
few days. This upgrade will allow us to serve you, our
valued Customer, better by providing greater visibility into
your needs. During this upgrade some of our orders will not
contain shipment tracking information. Please rest assured
that your order is shipping within our standard fulfillment
guidelines (1-4 business days). Thank you for your patience
and understanding and for using us as a main supplier.

| We had a large number of people email us wanting the removed supplier
readded since they have never had a problem with them. We have readded the supplier under
Overstocked Liquidations. We will process orders that come in but remember the items are
shipped directly from the supplier and we have no control over how they ship and the processing
time. |

| Many people have been emailing us saying the following things. Why is
your price higher then other dropshippers? Why is this item on auction sites for less then
you are selling it for? When asked these questions Bill, the founder of Bcdropship.com just
laughs. Bill had the following comments, "When people ask these questions here is what I
tell them. Once they see how this is done they are amazed", Bill goes on to say. "I tell my
customers to go to the other dropshippers website and act as though they are purchasing the
item". Bill goes on to say, "I tell them to see what the complete total cost of the item
is with shipping, handling and my competitors dropship fee. I always receive emails back
telling me when they add the inflated shipping on, the handling and dropship fee they will
be paying more for the item there then on our site", Bill just smiles. "See what our
competitors do is list the item for a lower price, then they charge inflated shipping fees,
handling fees and a dropship fee. I know items that can be shipped for $3.50 any place in the
USA and my competitors charge $7.00, $8.00 and even one goes as high as $11.25. Then on top of
that they usually charge a $1.00 or $2.00 handling fee and sometimes a $1.00 to $3.00 dropship
fee. I do not believe in doing this, then you have a person who sells the item and goes to
pay for it and BAM all these extra fees and inflated shipping and they make nothing". Bill
goes on to say, "With us the price you see if the price you pay, we even give our customers
a $2.50 discount on multiple items going to the same address". Asked about the online auctions
and here is what Bill had to say. "That one is a easy one, lets say the customer can buy an
item for $35.00 from us. What people do on the online auctins is over inflate shipping. So
you will see this $35.00 item listed for $25.00 with $20.00 and I have even seen $30.00 flat
rate shipping. So you see they mark the up front price down but then make it up in the shipping".
"It is a cut throat world when it comes to auction sites and people use every trick in the book",
Bill says with a slight chuckle. "With our site there is no hidden suprising fees, no oh my gosh
I cant believe the shipping fee and other fees on this item. Our price is up front and that is
all you pay!" |

| We have had many people email us about the FREE Shipping. Free Shipping is
in the Lower 48 States of the USA only. We can ship to Canada and Hawaii but the customer
must pay for the shipping. We can ship outside the country depending on the item and where it
is going. Remember not all items can be shipped to another country due to customs regulations.
We can check for you and remember shipping out of the country and to FPO addresses can take 10
to 20 days parcel post. |

| As you are aware we dropped the supplier that we were having problems
with that many of you emailed and complained about. All items on the
site are blind dropshipped with a generic address for return purposes.
You will no longer have to worry about your customers receiving an item
and something being in the box telling them where it came from. There is
no way they will now know who sent the item. They will assume it was you
that sent the item. We guarantee that the problems in the past will not
happen again. Thank you for your understanding, if you have any questions

| Due to problem after problem with one of our suppliers we have
decided to remove them from the site. We have found another supplier
to replace them which is now called the Brand Name Outlet. You will
find many of the products from the previous supplier in this store.
Due to many shipping problems with this supplier and glitches in their business
to business shipping we have elected to drop them. We want to make sure
that your items are shipped promptly, correctly and with no invoices
in them. |

| With the new store format we have leveraged our
buying power with our suppliers. Our suppliers will now blind drop ship
directly to your customers. Your customer will not know who the item
came from and will assume you sent it. By doing this you will start
noticing the prices on the items will be lower. Since we are not
buying the items up front and covering our shipping fee we will now
be able to lower the prices on items to give you even a better deal. |

| We have now update the Gift Registry / Virtual Warehouse
per the requests of the customers. Now when items on your Registry / Virtual
Warehouse become out of stock, you will receive a automated email
informing you of this. The email will contain the item number and product
header information. |

| Bcdropship.com has has announced a new store front format
for their website.
Instead of all items being mixed together in categories which makes
finding items a little hard, we now have adopted a store front format.
Bill the founder of bcdropship.com says "We carry on average around 60,000 items or so
and have received numerous complaints on how hard it is to find items."
Bill contines to say "With the new store front format which we have been
working on for months with our suppliers, now finding items will be a snap."
Christie Bill's wife adds in "My husband and his employees work non stop to
bring the easiest shopping experience possible. Him and his programmers have worked
numerous hours on this new format and they are all excited about it.
I think the customers are going to love this new style."
Bill goes on to explain "We have 15 director Manufacturers, Importers and
Distributors we deal with. In the past we mixed all their items together to
present one stop shopping. In the beginning when we had less suppliers the format
worked good, but now with this many suppliers and more wanting to partner with us
we found we had to change the format." Bill explains basically how this works by
saying "Basically we work directly with the direct supplier, we are assured the
lowest price possible to pass the savings on to our customers. So now we have
created a store front for each supplier. For example if someone wants to sell or
buy leather they can now go to the Leather and More store instead of going thru
all the categories to find what they want. Basically it was a no brainer on what
the customers needed." Bill adds with a big smile and a wink. |
