    To qualify for an RMA, please read the Return Policy below and then complete the form below. Include the customers name, products name, reason for the return and whether the customer wants a refund or a replacement. Any product returned without a requested RMA can delay the returns process and will not have returned shipping fees reimbursed (if eligible).

    RETURN POLICY

    • You must request an RMA number within 5 days of the receipt date.
    • The item must be returned and in the warehouse within 25 days of the shipping date in the original packaging.  Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or damaged.  An inspection of the item will be made to determine the validity of the claim. Returns after 25 days may only qualify for a partial refund.
    • All items must have all paper work and anything else that was shipped with the item.  We will not process partial returns.
    • If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear/use then you may be subject to only a partial refund and/or charges for return shipping and possibly the original shipping fees.
    • Jewelry items must be unopend and unworn to qualify for a complete refund. The warehouse, upon inspection, will determine the state of the item.
    • If you send a item back to us with out an RMA number it will returned back to you and you will incur all shipping expenses.
    • You must include the customers name, product name, reason for the return and whether customer wants a refund or replacement.

    Valid Return Reasons
    • Item is broken and does not work upon receipt.
    • Item is missing parts or pieces upon receipt.
    • A valid return must be a good honest reason for the return of the item.

    Jewelry, Watches and Accessories:
      Returning Jewelry, Watches and Accessories

      If you need to return a jewelry or watch order you placed and it falls within our standard Returns Policy timeframe, you can request an RMA and send your item back for inspection to see if we will accept the return. A Master Certified Watchmaker or Graduate Gemologist rigorously inspects jewelry and watch returns, which are subject to stringent guidelines. The warehouse accepts only new, unworn, and unaltered (sizing included) items for return and refund, except according to the following Jewelry and Watch Returns Condition policy.

      Jewelry and Watch Returns Condition Policy:
      A Master Certified Watchmaker or Graduate Gemologist rigorously inspects jewelry and watch returns, which are subject to the following guidelines:

      1. Excellent: 100% Refund (minus $10 inspection fee and shipping)

        * Falls within Return Policy.
        * Pristine showcase condition. Looks new, unworn and needs no refurbishing.
        * Arrives in new, undamaged original box or case.
        * Complete with all original parts, links and accessories.
        * Complete with all original certificates, manuals, appraisals and tags.
        * No evidence of sizing, service, alteration, wear or blemish of any kind.
        * Items with Mylar tags must have the tag attached and unbroken.

      2. Good: 40% to 80% Refund

        * Falls within Return Policy.
        * Can be restored to “like-new” condition.
        * Arrives in new, undamaged original box or case.
        * Complete with all original parts, links and accessories.
        * Complete with all original certificates, manuals, appraisals and tags.
        * Sizing, service, alteration, wear or blemish of any kind that we cannot refurbish.
        * Items with Mylar tags must have the tag attached and unbroken.

      3. Fair: 0% to 40% Refund

        * Falls within Return Policy.
        * Cosmetic defects that cannot be refurbished (e.g. gold plating or special finishes that are scratched or rubbed off and scratched/ripped bands of leather or rubber).
        * Missing or damaged original box.
        * Missing any parts, links or accessories (subject to evaluation for each).
        * Missing original certificates, manuals, appraisals and tags.
        * Significant wear or damaged but repairable watch movement.

      4. Poor: NO Refund

        * Falls outside Return Policy.
        * Items that do not match the serial number or SKU number of the item originally ordered.
        * Mechanical damage that is unrepairable or significant cosmetic damage.
        * Wear, blemish or cosmetic damage or damaged watch movement due to inappropriate wear or use.
        * Missing original box or case.
        * Missing significant parts, links or accessories.
        * Missing original certificates, manuals, appraisals and tags.

      If your item was damaged during shipping, or you suspect tampering, keep the box and/or packaging, which the carrier will want to inspect, and contact us immediately.

      To initiate a return, please complete an RMA Request above. Once return permission has been given, package jewelry and watches with a value of $100 or more separately, one item per package, and return per instruction using a trackable shipping method. We will ask for a tracking number for each item. You must insure items valued at $500 or more for the full value of the item(s). We will accept no responsibility, regardless of value, for untrackable or uninsured items and cannot complete your return.

      For security, please do not write “jewelry” or “watch” on the outside of the package. DO NOT write directly on watch boxes.


    Non Valid Return Reasons.
    • Don't like the item.
    • Was not what I thought it was going to be.
    • I don't need the item now.
    • I don't want the item.

    Items that can not be returned.
    • Swimsuits, Lingerie, Undergraments
    • Footwear, due to health reasons.
    • Body Jewelry
    • Worn Jewelry
    • Sports Collectibles
    • Perfumes and Fragrences
    • Ink Cartridges
    • Medical Items
    • Memory Foam Mattresses, Pillows or Mattress Pads that have been opened or taken out of their plastic wrap
    • CD, DVD, VHS media, software, video games and cassette tapes
    • Any specially labeled designer apparel, handbags and accessories that have had the security tag removed
    • Cigars, perishable items, wines, chocolates, flowers etc.
    • Large items that require special handling can only be returned if defective, no exceptions.
    • Items shipped to a APO/FPO address.
    • Other select items, as noted on the product description page
    • If you have any questions or concerns about an item and the return policy please ask us first before you buy.

    Returns for other than damage or missing parts will incur a 15% re-stocking fee or $6.00 which ever is greater.

    If you paid by credit card your credit card will be credit back.   No exceptions.  Any exchanges will be exchanged out and a new item will be sent.

    Return processing is as follows: If the item qualifies as a valid return, it can take up to 4 business days to process the return label. The return label will be forwaded to the customer (if the item was a drop ship then the person placing the order with BC Online will receive the label). The item(s) being returned must be packaged in its original packaging and the return label fixed to the package.   Once the item is received it may take up to 10 business days to process the refund or exchange. Non-valid returns do not qualify for return shipping.

    If you feel at any time you have a valid return please let us know.  If we will accept the return you will receive a RMA number to send with the item back to us.  If you have any questions about warranty information for any of the items please ask.
